This one's a big drop: WhatsApp comes to your workflows, API keys learn to stay in their lane, Custom Actions are HERE and more than fifty new integrations land in the catalog.
Big Features
Messaging: WhatsApp Business Joins Your Workflows
Your customers are on WhatsApp - until now, your workflows weren't. Connect a WhatsApp Business account and a workflow can fire the moment a message arrives, then reply with text, approved templates, media, or tappable interactive messages, with delivery status updates along the way. Support agents, order-status bots, lead qualifiers: build them where people actually chat.
API Keys: Scoped Keys That Can't Overstep
An API key used to be all-or-nothing: whoever held it could do everything you could. Now you can mint keys limited to exactly what a script or service needs - nothing more. A scoped key also tracks you live: change roles or leave the org, and the key follows suit immediately. And personal keys are no longer an admin-only affair - everyone can now create and manage their own.
Custom Actions: Write the Action the Catalog Doesn't Have
Missing an action used to mean a code node and a pile of glue. Now you write the action itself, in Python or TypeScript, it runs in a sandbox and shows up in the builder and in your agents' tool list like any other action shipped in StackAI today. Paste a provider's API docs into the builder and it drafts the input and output schemas along with the code; fix whatever it got wrong and hit Test Action before you save. Custom actions borrow your existing connection at run time, and each saved version is frozen, so a workflow stays pinned to the exact version it was built against instead of quietly inheriting your latest edit.

Quality of Life
Pin Results Where You Can See Them
Tweaking a node while checking its output used to mean scrolling back and forth. A new pin action in the results card keeps the outputs you care about in view while you keep building.
Expressions in Date & Time Fields
Date and time inputs on actions used to accept only fixed values. Now they take expressions, so "tomorrow at 9am" or "the timestamp from the last step" can be computed on the fly - scheduling a Google Calendar event from workflow data finally feels natural.
Memory, Tuned Your Way
When an agent's memory window fills up, something has to go. You can now choose from the editor how aggressively older messages get trimmed, so long conversations keep what matters and shed the rest.
Node Editors Keep Getting Smarter
You can now drop real links into node text, complete with a hovercard for editing them. Node search results respond to arrow keys, and the editor warns you when a prompt references the same output twice.
Custom Limits Per Member
Org-wide default limits arrived last release; now you can override them per person. Give a power user extra headroom or keep a trial account tight - set it once per member and move on.
Embedded Apps, First-Class Sign-Ins
Embedded chats can now use each person's own connections: when an app needs someone's account, the embed walks them through connecting it right there. Embed sessions also stay alive while the chat is open, so long conversations don't silently sign out.
Bug Fixes:
Asana trigger - comment events are no longer dropped.
Outlook - triggers on shared mailboxes no longer fail while loading sample emails.
Microsoft Teams - Get Channel Message now returns a message's replies too.
Microsoft Teams - the channel trigger can now include messages from the connected account (skipping them is optional).

Twilio - connection health checks and WhatsApp sends work reliably again.
Firecrawl - every action now runs on the latest Firecrawl API.
NetSuite - Custom SuiteQL handles tricky queries more reliably.
PDF export - HTML-to-PDF conversion keeps your styling instead of producing bare-looking pages.
Memory settings - window sizes save correctly, carry over when you switch memory type, and memory no longer claims to be on when it's off.
Copy & paste - pasted nodes keep their references pointed at the right copies instead of the originals.
Text fields - plain-text inputs no longer strip markdown characters.
Workflow canvas - edges that loop backward now draw as smooth curves instead of kinks.
Analytics - filtering to a single day now shows that day instead of an empty chart.
Projects - creating agents from the General view works again.
Deployments - Promote and Redeploy are always available in the row menu.
Invites - you can invite teammates even when every seat is taken.
Claude reasoning - turning reasoning off now truly turns it off, and settings behave the same on Anthropic and Bedrock.
