Approvals in the API just stopped being a dead end: workflow runs can now pause for a person and pick up right where they left off when triggered in the API. Add a dozen new integrations, real-time Asana triggers, and a hefty stack of fixes.
Big Features
Workflows: Human in the Loop Supported via the API
Some decisions need a person - but until now, a run that stopped for sign-off was tricky to pick back up outside of chat interfaces or Slack / Teams. When a run pauses for human input, it now saves a checkpoint you can resume through the API whenever the answer arrives, whether that's in five minutes or five days. Your workflow carries on from exactly where it paused, with nothing re-run and nothing lost. Approval steps finally behave like part of the flow instead of the end of it.

Quality of Life
Code Node Handles More Files - The file limit on the code node jumped from 15 to 100. Batch jobs that used to need awkward workarounds now just run.
Pick Exact Times for Scheduled Workflows - Scheduling a workflow now comes with a proper time picker. Set the exact moment your workflow should run instead of wrestling with the old input.
Knowledge Base API Keeps Growing - The v2 API now covers the day-to-day too: upload, download, and delete individual files, kick off syncs, set sync schedules, and re-index in bulk. Everything you can do from the dashboard, you can now script.
OneDrive Knowledge Bases Without a Personal Login - Connect OneDrive to a knowledge base using organization-level credentials, so syncs don't depend on any one person's account staying signed in.
Google Drive Shortcuts Just Work - Shortcuts inside synced Drive folders are now parsed like the files they point to, so nothing silently drops out of your knowledge base.
Embedded Chat Meets Sign-In - Embedded chat sessions now work with authenticated chat endpoints, so you can drop chat into your own product without giving up user sign-in.
Bug Fixes:
Azure Blob Storage - archived files now report they're in archive storage instead of a misleading "already exists" error.
Gemini - an empty model response no longer crashes your workflow.
Gemini models - retired preview models automatically map to their stable replacements, so old workflows keep running.
Outlook triggers - the folder picker now lists subfolders inside your inbox.
SharePoint picker - the file picker only shows items you can actually select, and the manual-input placeholder makes sense again.
NetSuite - connecting now asks for everything it needs upfront instead of failing later.
Egnyte - file download failures now come with a clear explanation.
Form banners - uploaded banner images load reliably again.
Access restrictions - the "Restrict access by email or group" toggle no longer gets stuck after enabling SSO.
Invitations - accepting an invite before your profile finished setting up no longer sends you in circles.
Invited sign-ups - teammates joining through an invitation no longer get blocked by sign-up limits.
Triggers - apps that report their newest events first no longer skip older events from the same batch.
Drafts - editing a draft no longer wipes your published interface customizations.
SSO setup - reusing an existing SAML identity provider works even when its metadata file is missing.
Version history - the version history panel displays correctly again.
Connections dialog - removed a stray double divider when adding all connections at once.
